This is along distance walk of a series of route ways . The whole walk measures 74 miles and expands in the three counties of Leitrim, Roscommon and Sligo. The routes are the old walking trails that the miners used to take as they walked to work, in the iron and coal mines. There is spectular scenery and wilderness to be seen along these routes.
